My achievements. I was the champion of Poland and vice-champion of Slovakia I went to tournaments abroad and I did my 2nd DAN in taekwondo which is actually the second black belt championship and obstacle courses so there I won a similar competition as spartan which is called epic race and I reached 10th place in spartan in Valcianska dolina out of about 1800 competitors in the category but to my misfortune I underestimated the regeneration I overstretched my body and the injuries came and I didn't run at all for a year and a half.
