Biotin B7

Biotin is an important part of enzymes in the body. These enzymes break down substances such as fats and carbohydrates. Low levels of biotin are usually identified by symptoms that include thinning hair, red scaly rashes around the eyes, nose and mouth. Biotin is also commonly used for hair loss, nail brittleness, but there is no good scientific evidence to support this use.

Zinc

Zinc can effectively reduce inflammation, boost immunity, reduce the risk of age-related diseases, speed up wound healing and improve acne symptoms. It is necessary for blood clotting, thyroid function, and much more. It also plays a key role in maintaining eyesight and may have anti-viral effects. Zinc is an essential trace element commonly found in red meat, poultry and fish. In small amounts, it is necessary for human health and growth. The body does not store excess zinc, so it must be taken in from the diet.

Niacin B3

Niacin, also known as vitamin B3. In fact, every part of the human body needs it to function properly. As a supplement, niacin can help lower cholesterol, relieve arthritis, and increase brain function, among other benefits. However, it is not advisable to take large doses, due to side effects.

It is also used for acne, muscle cramps, but there is no good quality scientific evidence to support these other uses.

Pantothenic acid

Pantothenic acid is vitamin B5. It is found widely in both plants and animals, including meats, vegetables, cereal grains, legumes, eggs, and milk. Pantothenic acid helps the body use carbohydrates, proteins and lipids. It is also important for maintaining healthy skin. Vitamin B5 is available as D-pantothenic acid, as well as dexpanthenol and calcium pantothenate. People most commonly take pantothenic acid to supplement deficiencies, but there is no good scientific evidence to support this use.

Pyridoxine B6

All B vitamins help the body convert food (carbohydrates) into fuel (glucose), which is used to produce energy. These B vitamins, often referred to as B-complex vitamins, also help the body metabolize fats and proteins. B-complex vitamins are needed for healthy skin, hair, eyes, and liver. They also help the nervous system function properly. All B vitamins are water-soluble, which means the body does not store them. It is necessary for normal brain development and function and helps the body produce the hormones serotonin and norepinephrine, which affect mood, and melatonin, which helps regulate the body clock.
